YPO Members Retreat 2024

With this 5-day program, we designed an annual members retreat for 20 participants. After realising the 2022 retreat in Germany and Austria, we wanted to take our client to a more exotic destination with “wow factor”: Namibia.

When the guests weren't watching the sunrise from a hot air balloon, walking with Cheetahs or indulging in a dune dinner, they could relax in their exclusive five-star lodges.

Our services included event conception, program planning and guest management including the travel management and handling of the VISA. Our services also included the design and production of all give aways and communication materials. From the set up to the monitoring of the budget, travel and logistics, the planning and implementation was entirely in our hands.
